# OBT and Queue Monitoring

**Agency Queue Monitoring Service is developed to monitor your online booking tool queue when you cannot. We will issue tickets from PNRs placed in this queue according to the guidelines provided to us by your agency. We will develop a program that is based on monitoring frequency and number of queues to be monitored, as well as by the number of records in the queue and by the number of tickets issued. Additional queue monitoring for schedule changes and flight cancellations is also supported.**

The service is tailored to your operational needs, taking into account the frequency of monitoring, the number of queues to be observed, the volume of records within each queue, and the number of tickets issued. Additionally, we offer enhanced monitoring capabilities to address schedule changes and flight cancellations.
